After upgrading to a new mobile phone, your authenticator apps like Okta, Duo Mobile, Google Authenticator will need to be reset. The request needs to be started by the network admin.
Okta Verify
Network Admin needs to reset your Okta login. After the reset, the VPN login should prompt you to re-enroll on your next login with a link to a QR code. Scan in the new QR code from your computer from your mobile device Okta app.
Duo Mobile
Network Admin needs to reset your login. After the reset, you will get an email with a link to reset your Duo Mobile login with a link to a QR code. Scan in the new QR code from your computer from your mobile device Duo Mobile app.
Google Authenticator for Atlassian
Go to account setting for your Atlassian Confluence web site. Need to reset two factor authentication.
User -> Settings -> Atlassian Account -> Security -> Two-step verification
